The Astrobeast

My friend Astro once sent me a picture of himself wearing a black cape, chain necklace and thick rings of dark facepaint around his eyes on a night when he planned to go out and scare people for no good reason.

For some reason the image of him peering out of deep socket-like blackness has stayed with me.

So this is the Astrobeast; how I imagine him to look if he were an animal. I tried to incorporate his short, stocky body and mass of black hair.

He really liked it.
